Bhiwadi, in Rajasthan’s Alwar District is the growing Industrial hub near Delhi and NCR region. Due to its proximity with the capital city and relative cost effective plots, it is a hot destination for real estate projects and for people, who are hunting for lower priced properties.
A number of industries have set up shops in the region near Bhiwadi such as Neemrana, Dharuhera, Tapukhera, Khushkhera, Chopanki and Bawal. It is located 55 km from Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport, 200 km from the state capital Jaipur, 90 km from Alwar, 40 km from Gurgaon, 60 km from Faridabad and 5 km from NH-8 (Delhi-Jaipur highway) on the Dharuhera-Sohna Road.

A number of industries such as steel, furnace, electronics, engineering, textiles, pharmaceuticals, printing, cables, rolling mills, food processing, herbal care is sprouting up in the city. Good connectivity and upcoming industrial project makes Bhiwadi the future.Although, a lot of possibilities are noticed in Bhiwadi when compared to Gurgaon, it would still take a lot of time to catch up. In the next 5-7 years, Bhiwadi would be in league with Gurgaon. Presently the scale of industrialisation in Gurgaon is very high, however, Bhiwadi is yet to catch up with the growth process.
